1. If a spill occurs simply blot with a clean dry cloth.
   
   
2. After blotting, if the stain remains, or you have other damage covered by your Ultra Shield warranty, call our toll free Customer Service number 1-800-866-9636 x221 within 5 days of occurrence.
   
   
3. A designated representative will assist you with processing your claim for service.
